TODAY'S SHORT CUTS

SHORT CUTS

The journey of life is enriched by the challenges we overcome and the lessons we learn along the way, making the long route often the most rewarding one. We also have been taught since childhood - there are no shortcuts in life. Generation of ours have lived with it.

In today's  world marked by instant gratification, growth and constant demands on our time, people increasingly turn to shortcuts as a means to keep pace.. Let me delve into this paradigm shift and unravel the seductive allure of shortcuts in various facets of life:

FOR ASYLUM OR REFUGE IN US UK CITIZENSHIP

Surprisingly, criticism of India emerges as a determining factor for those seeking refuge in the United States or the United Kingdom which is called as heaven for defaulters. . Voicing dissent against India catapults individuals into the limelight, with prominence and international recognition. More vociferous you are, quickly you will be setted.

FOR FLOURISHING CARRIER IN BOLLYWOOD

The cinematic landscape of Bollywood, once steeped in the cultural ethos of Hinduism, has witnessed a transformative shift. Contrary to conventional wisdom, success in the industry no longer hinges solely on acting prowess. Instead, those who denounce traditional Hindu customs and practices find themselves ascending the ladder of fame and fortune, with cartels and subversion becoming the new currency of stardom.

TO BE AN INTELLECTUAL

Criticise Anything which is happening good in the country when dissent becomes a badge of honour. Criticise the entire system, every institution,  be pessimistic and keep on reciting ….. democracy is under threat. Don't be a part of the solution, on the contrary create problems for every solution.  Finally the ultimate, quickest and the shortest route to this is to criticise Modi..

TO BE A SECULAR

Becoming a champion of secularism involves advocating for the separation of religion from the affairs of the state and promoting equal treatment and respect for people of all faiths or beliefs.  But champions of secularism in India are teaching those who do not have a hindi/sanskrit  word for secularism. So the easiest way is to constantly banish the majority to appease the minorities. ,

TO GET QUICK FAME

Stop everything. Go for bandh, strike, arson, loss to public property. Obstruct and halt every developmental work. The media will make you a hero from zero overnight. On the contrary the path for fame for social contributors is too long and tumultuous.

TO BE CHAMPION OF FEMINISM

Challenging age-old customs and traditions becomes synonymous with feminist activism Always challenge the Hindu religious practices like Jallikattu, Sabarimala Temple, Shani Shingnapur Temple.  Criticise to that an extent as if no other faith or practices have anything worth challenging.

In essence, while shortcuts may promise expedited success, they often lead to shallow victories devoid of substance and authenticity. As we navigate life's labyrinthine paths, let us heed the wisdom of perseverance and integrity, for it is the journey, not the destination, that defines our true legacy.
